Kenneth Christian, aged 10, of Coltman-street, Hull, was discharging fireworks in Queensgate-street, along with a number of other boys, during the week-end when he ran into the roadway to avoid a firework falling on him. In consequence he was struck by a motor car driven by Robert Eric Hepton, aged 18, of St. Matthew’s-street. He was knocked down, sustaining shock and cuts on the face and head.
